Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Portfolio Details:

This Senior position will require you to manage three large and complex residential developments. The portfolio includes prestigious and luxury residential homes with 24-hour concierge, leisure and spa facilities and resident amenities. This unique property portfolio totals approximately 1200 units and is great opportunity to demonstrate your passion and commitment to the Property Management.

You will be required to be in London a minimum of twice a week across the portfolio, with the flexibility to work the rest of the week from home, or one of our London based offices.

The Team

You will work alongside other property professionals and report into a Team Manager. The wider team meet on a regular basis to share industry knowledge and offer each other an opportunity for shared learning and development.

You have an Assistant Property Manager to to work with you, along with a wider operations team who work closely with the onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Senior Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Lead by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures and values
  • Constantly strive for continuous improvement
  • Lead and inspire while delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Be responsible for the for understanding and following of the companies H & S policies and practices
  • Promote and equip user champions to improve the adoption of technology
  • Be an exceptional communicator being comfortable with all levels of stakeholders
  • Have the ability to up manage where necessary for the success of the project
  • Create and measure measurement systems to track changes
  • You will deliver education – Roadshows, workshops, classroom and virtual training along with one to ones.
