Development DetailsThis role will be based at a development located in the heart of West London, part of a 10‐year project. The site currently has 981 homes, with a planned 1,155 homes by end of 2024 and 2,300 homes by 2030. Amenities include a health club with a swimming pool, two cinemas, and a virtual golf. Close stations: White City and Shepherds Bush Underground, Wood Lane Overground.

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

You\’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.

You\’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.

You\’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.

You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, and reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.

Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.

You\’ll be in possession of a door supervisor SIA licence.
