PROPERTY MANAGER
Rendall & Rittner Competitive Home Based
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will take ownership of a varied London portfolio spanning a large estate trust in Enfield (estate areas only), character buildings in West Hampstead and Finchley, contemporary riverside developments in Wapping, and an iconic marina community near London Bridge. This is a people-first role where you will build trusted relationships with residents, client boards and contractors, ensuring each site is safe, well-maintained and financially sound. You will balance the nuance of estate management at scale with the hands-on service required by smaller, characterful blocks delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across every building.
