With immediate access to Woolwich Arsenal DLR, National Rail, and the Elizabeth Line, the site offers outstanding connectivity.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities and Requirements:\\n\\nAs a Major Works Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:\\n\\nManage the delivery of major works projects from pre planning to completion. You will have a demonstratable track record in delivering a wide range of projects ensuring compliance, quality, budget management and a timely delivery.\\nEngage with Property Managers to review budgets and prioritise upcoming redecoration works.\\nPrepare a detailed Scope of Works (SoW) for each building/block based on condition, design standards, and client requirements.\\nAdvise on cost-effective, premium-quality materials and finishes in keeping with the O&M and the Royal Arsenal aesthetic.\\nLead the tender process, including contractor selection, tender analysis, and contract award.\\nObtain and instruct surveyors, where required, ensuring they deliver on their contracted responsibilities and provide accurate, timely input to support project delivery.\\nCoordinate pre-start meetings and ensure all stakeholders are clear on roles, expectations, and timelines.\\nManage the relationship with appointed contractors to maintain high-quality delivery and site conduct.\\nConduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure the works are being carried out in accordance with the SoW and Royal Arsenal design/specification standards.\\nEnsure all works meet legal, health & safety, and environmental standards and maintain full documentation of inspections.\\nIdentify and resolve any deviations from the scope or poor workmanship promptly and professionally.\\nSnagging & Handover: Assist with snagging at project completion and ensure rectification of issues.\\nAct as a bridge between contractors, the client and stakeholders.\\nProvide clear, timely updates to senior managers and clients, including progress reports, budget tracking, and photographic evidence of site conditions.\\nAttend and lead regular progress meetings, escalating any issues or variations as needed.\\nBuild strong working relationships with internal teams, residents, and the wider development management team. \\n\\nHow to Apply:\\n\\nReady for this incredible opportunity?
