Development Details: We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join an exclusive residential development located on the South Bank of the River Thames. The site comprises 374 private homes and offers premium amenities including a 24-hour concierge, gym, residents’ spa, theatre, and restaurants. This is a sole-position role supporting a busy estate, carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, minor repairs, and painting and decorating, with a strong focus on remedial works following leaks.
The successful candidate will be competent, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently in a residential environment, with discretion and a hands-on approach being essential.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean.
- Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
