Position: Lobby Ambassador
Location: 9 Millbank, London, SW1P 3AN
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0800 - 2000
Salary: £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details: This role will be based at 9 Millbank, an exclusive riverside residential development which comprises 201 Grade II listed homes in the heart of Westminster. The development boasts a wealth of luxurious facilities including a pool, spa, gym and cinema, as well as 24-hour concierge.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements:
- Provide a warm, friendly and proactive service to all residents, guests and visitors.
- Support residents with a wide variety of day-to-day requests, offering practical help and solutions.
- You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies.
- Be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Cover the concierge desk when required, handling calls, access control and basic administrative tasks.
- Follow building procedures and health & safety guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.
