Development Details:
We are currently seeking a Caretaker who is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and resident services at Raphael House, which comprises two blocks with a combined total of 155 apartments. This position requires a dynamic individual who can balance hands-on maintenance duties, cleaning, and high-quality customer service, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
- You’ll have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections.
- You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
