Position: Part-Time House Manager

Location: Clements Court, Watford

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0900 – 1300

Salary:  £13,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

Built in 2003, Clements Court is a later living residential development located in Watford. The development consists of 23 1&2 bedroom apartments, a lift service, residents lounge, laundry room and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a House Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the residents, guest and visitors by being attentive, visible and interactive. You will conduct site walk arounds, ensuring you take the time to meet / greet and communicate with residents.
  • You will manage front desk duties such as parcels, keys, dealing with resident queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
  • You will have a background working in a later living environment, and communicating with elderly residents/customers
  • You will have a good understanding of building safety, ensuring H&S compliance conducting site patrols, daily, weekly and monthly checks.
  • You have a good eye for detail and experience in conducting development inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • You will be required to carry out ad-hoc simple maintenance tasks eg changing lightbulbs and light touch-ups of paintwork
