Position: Handyperson
Location: 375 Kensington High Street
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0700 – 1600
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
This role will be based at an exclusive development in the prestigious Kensington area, featuring 521 luxurious residences. Conveniently located just minutes away from Kensington Olympia train station. The development includes a state-of-the-art gym, a rejuvenating spa, a stylish residents' lounge, and the added comfort of a 24-hour concierge and security services. Your primary responsibilities will encompass painting and decorating, small repairs, basic plumbing, and carpentry.

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
