Position: Front of House Manager
Location: Point West, London, SW7 4XR
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based on the Point West Development in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea, close to Earls Court and the Albert Hall. The development is made up of 400 residential homes, a Sainsburys super store and David Lloyd Gym complex is located within walking distance of Gloucester Road Tube station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Front of House Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- You will support the General Manager with the operational running of the estate, managing front desk operations and ensuring SOPs are implemented and being followed accordingly.
- You will have experience in managing the onsite operations team. This includes performance management, performance reviews, appraisals, training and development, and rota management. Providing first-hand support to the team and ensure consistent service standards.
- You will have robust experience in security management, access control, investigating incidents in a timely manner, managing / viewing CCTV, carrying out site patrols, H&S checks, overseeing traffic management and implement diversion routes when required.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, and handle day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
- Responsible for managing the work permits, reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and supervising contractors whilst they are on site.
- Ensuring a welcome pack is being sent to every new resident and enforce short-let practices.
- You will act as the first point of authority for leaseholders to comply with sub-letting licence registration; investigate, enforce, and follow up on payments
- You are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, multitasking, organised and able to think on your accord.
- You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
- You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
- You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
- Ideally you will have relevant qualification such as the SIA licence and IOSH Managing Safely.
