Working HoursMonday to Friday 0900 – 1700 (occasionally required to work out of hours with time back in lieu)

SalaryUp to £35,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Development DetailsThis role will be based at Fulham Reach, comprising 348 beautiful residential homes and benefiting from several amenities such as: spa, gym, cinema room and landscaped grounds including golf. The development is located within easy reach of Barons Court and Hammersmith underground stations.

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and guests, delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

Communicate clearly and effectively with residents and leaseholders using appropriate tools and channels.

Manage onsite staff, ensuring service delivery meets expected quality and professionalism standards.

Conduct regular performance reviews with Front of House staff, setting clear KPIs and development plans, and complete annual appraisals for direct reports.

Identify training needs for direct reports and work closely with the Training Academy to ensure training is relevant, effective, and up to date.

Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations, overseeing inspections and activities to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Monitor and address any breaches of lease terms, ensuring appropriate communication, documentation, and escalation through the correct channels.

Oversee all staff administration, including inductions, training records, rotas, annual leave, overtime, and absence management.

Carry out regular inspections of the development to assess presentation, safety, staffing levels, security, and maintenance standards. Ensure any maintenance concerns are reported promptly.

Provide hands on support to the Concierge desk as required.

Check‐in contractors on site, ensuring works are completed as required and accurately recorded for invoice verification.
