- Experience working with external contractors and residents, handling written and verbal queries and complaints.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Similar role experience, able to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Excellent communication skills, liaising with contractors and residents about health and safety issues.
- Strong organisational skills, prefer working in a busy environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team, assisting, supporting and building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Strong administrative experience: filing, archiving and retrieving documents.
