Rendall & Rittner is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance for a substantial riverside community of around 535 homes at Riverside West, Wandsworth.
You’ll manage day-to-day works, plan routine checks and coordinate contractors to keep the estate safe, clean and well-presented.
You’ll liaise with residents, the managing agent and the on-site team, prioritising safety, compliance and timely fixes, with a focus on water hygiene, fire safety checks and recording.
