Development Details
This role will be based at a residential development in Dagenham, East London. The development consists of circa 100 residential homes across multiple buildings. Lymington Mews is located within walking distance of Chadwell Heath station (Elizabeth Line).
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
- Care passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
- Provide customer service excellence to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
- Maintain a good eye for detail, carry out regular inspections and cleaning, and report any defects or health and safety concerns.
- Support your team, work collaboratively, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
