Development Details: This role will be based at an exclusive residential development based in Birmingham, B1. The development consists of 350 residential apartments across 3 blocks. The development benefits from a courtyard, meeting rooms, car park and onsite gym.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Caretaker at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Clearing rubbish and maintaining drains to ensure cleanliness and proper function.
  • Conducting routine checks, including emergency light inspections.
  • Performing gardening duties such as regular lawn mowing and occasional hedge trimming.
  • Ensuring rooftops are clean and free of debris.
  • Addressing maintenance concerns promptly, including basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.
