Development Details: This role will be based at an exclusive residential development based in Birmingham, B1. The development consists of 350 residential apartments across 3 blocks. The development benefits from a courtyard, meeting rooms, car park and onsite gym.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Caretaker at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Clearing rubbish and maintaining drains to ensure cleanliness and proper function.
