This is a fantastic opportunity for a caretaker opening at Brent Cross Town. This new development consists of 277 apartments over 2 blocks. The development also includes parking, gym, residents' cinema and meeting rooms. This position will be working within a team.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Clearing rubbish and maintaining drains to ensure cleanliness and proper function.
- Conducting routine checks, including emergency light inspections.
- Performing gardening duties such as regular lawn mowing and occasional hedge trimming.
- Ensuring rooftops are clean and free of debris.
- Addressing maintenance concerns promptly, including basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.
