Development DetailsChelsea Waterfront comprises over 700 luxury residential apartments, complemented by an exclusive residents\β leisure complex featuring a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Ideally positioned near Imperial Wharf (6-7 minute walk) and Fulham Broadway (15 minute walk).
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Have experience in a similar role, either from a hard services background or transferable compliance, property management experience, with contractor liaison and H&S compliance.
Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the estate, including hard services such as Mechanical & Electrical systems.
Coordinate and monitor reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), ensuring service levels and compliance standards are met.
Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers to resolve maintenance issues, service queries, and access arrangements.
Assist with health and safety compliance, including site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and maintaining statutory records.
Support the Facilities Manager with contractor engagement, including reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), permits to work, and reporting variances or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of works, inspections, and asset registers, supporting management reporting requirements.
Deputise for the Facilities Manager as required, including team supervision, reporting, and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve site performance, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain high standards across the estate.
Demonstrate strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and estate management systems, alongside technical competence in H&S, fire safety, and contractor management.
