ROLE OVERVIEW

You will take the lead on two prominent mixed residential developments in London, comprising around 1,000 homes, with further phases and new instructions anticipated as the portfolio grows.

You’ll be the anchor point for residents, clients and suppliers, shaping a gold standard management service that’s proactive, transparent and commercially sound.

Backed by a full onsite estates team, you’ll set the rhythm, ensure compliance and deliver excellent resident experiences.

You’ll be on site in London at least two days each week, and attend our Vauxhall office monthly to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders on strategy, budgets and performance.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days, you’ll be steering service delivery across your developments: leading your on-site teams, driving maintenance and compliance, and keeping clients and residents fully informed.

You’ll plan and run major works through robust Section 20 consultation, manage budgets and contracts, and use data and insight to continuously improve standards and value.

  • HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
  • Leading and coaching the estates team to deliver consistently high site standards.
  • Planning, procuring and managing contracts and works, including end-to-end Section 20.
  • Overseeing budgets, service charges, arrears oversight and monthly performance reporting.
  • Conducting regular site visits (minimum twice weekly) and resident/client meetings.
  • Managing compliance, H&S and risk actions, and closing out audit findings promptly.
  • Coordinating stakeholders to mobilise new phases and drive continuous improvement.
  • WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and take ownership from day one.
  • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and clear, confident communication.
  • You build strong relationships with clients, residents, contractors and colleagues alike.
