You’ll be based in a prestigious riverside development of 116 homes designed by the renowned architects Stanton Williams.

With Pimlico Underground a short stroll away, you’ll support a welcoming community of residents and guests in a refined, well-managed environment where attention to detail and service standards truly matter.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the friendly, visible presence who keeps the development running smoothly, welcoming residents and visitors while maintaining immaculate standards across entrances, lobbies and communal areas.

You’ll manage deliveries and contractors, carry out regular checks, and respond promptly to issues so residents feel consistently safe, supported and well looked after.

  • Residents feel known, respected and confident that requests are handled quickly and courteously.
  • Entrances, lobbies and communal areas are spotless and set up to brand standards at all times.
  • Deliveries, keys and access control are managed accurately with clear records and zero errors.
  • Daily inspections identify and escalate maintenance issues before they become problems.
  • Contractors are signed in, briefed and monitored for safe, professional working.
  • Handover notes are thorough, ensuring seamless communication between shifts and the wider team.
  • HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
  • Welcoming residents and guests, answering queries and providing helpful, accurate information.
  • Conducting regular patrols and checks of communal areas, plant rooms and fire safety equipment.
  • Managing deliveries, post and parcel storage, and coordinating resident collection.
  • Overseeing access control, key logs and visitor/contractor sign-in procedures.
  • Keeping entrances, lobbies and back-of-house areas tidy, safe and presentable.
  • Recording incidents, defects and tasks, escalating to the Property Manager or contractors as needed.

  • Confidence using basic IT systems for logs, emails and task management.
  • Knowledge of Westminster or central London residential environments and expectations.
