You’ll be part of a landmark community of around 1,500 luxury homes set within 86 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland in South East London—recognised with the Sir David Attenborough Award for its biodiversity and green spaces.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will lead day operations on site, ensuring residents, guests and contractors receive outstanding service while the estate remains safe, compliant and running smoothly.
You’ll coordinate a small team, oversee inspections and reporting, and respond swiftly to incidents or enquiries with practical, people-first solutions.

- HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Leading and supporting the on-site team, running briefings and allocating tasks.
- Being the main point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Conducting regular estate and H&S inspections, logging actions and following through to resolution.
- Coordinating contractors, permits to work and access, and monitoring quality of works.
- Managing incidents and emergencies, liaising with external services where required.
- Keeping accurate records and reports updated across systems and handover notes.

- A full clean UK driving licence to support occasional valet duties.
