LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be a hands-on trainer and facilitator, delivering engaging learning for our frontline on-site teams and supporting head office induction. From customer service and collaborative working to role-specific essentials, you will run a blend of in-person workshops and live webinars, creating learning that is practical, interactive and immediately useful on the job.
Based from home with an average of 2 to 3 days each week in London, you will plan and facilitate sessions, design new workshops, and partner with colleagues and subject matter experts to keep our learning offer fresh and relevant. Join us in a supportive L&D team that values energy, connection and continuous improvement.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will be facilitating group learning, either in person across our London sites or via live webinars, alongside preparing, refining and updating session materials. You will collaborate closely with the L&D team and operational stakeholders, tailoring content to audience needs and keeping recurring topics engaging and energised.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You deliver consistently engaging workshops and webinars that earn strong feedback and lead to on-the-job application.
You keep recurring topics fresh with varied activities, scenarios and examples that resonate with different audiences.
You design clear, practical learning sessions and resources that colleagues can reuse and that align to team standards.
You manage a London-based delivery schedule smoothly, balancing travel, prep and delivery across busy periods.
You build trusted relationships with on-site leaders, head office teams and subject matter experts to inform content.
You collaborate with the L&D team to cover each other’s sessions and maintain a cohesive, high-quality learning offer.
