Maintenance is preventative, not reactive, with smart planning that minimises disruption and downtime. Budgets are accurate and controlled, with timely reporting and well-justified, cost-effective recommendations. Owning health, safety and fire compliance, conducting checks, tracking actions and keeping records audit-ready.
