Position: Head Concierge
Location: Angel on the Green, 25 Essex Road, London, N1 2SD
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 – 1900
Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

- Development Details:
This role will be based in Islington. A development which consists of 97 lavish apartments, including 5 stunning penthouses and set around a new urban square with underground parking, landscaped gardens, and an Esporta Health club.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support with the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
- Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.
