Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for its Head Office in Woolwich, London. The role involves handling customer enquiries by phone and email, resolving issues with empathy, and contributing to a first-class service experience for residents and clients.

The successful candidate will work on a rotation pattern between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays and a day off in lieu, delivering consistently high standards across channels.
