We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Residential Care Worker to join our small, two-bed childrens home in the Knowsley/Liverpool area. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role within a small residential setting, supporting the delivery of safe, consistent and high-quality care to children and young people. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to provide effective leadership on shift, support colleagues and ensure that the individual needs, safety and wellbeing of the young people remain central to the care provided. The Role As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will take responsibility for providing strong leadership and direction during shifts while continuing to deliver direct care and support to the young people.
