Technician Salary Structure (London)
- Technician Level 2: £32,000 pa (typically PDI / Preparation roles only)
- Technician Level 3: £38,000 pa
- Technician Level 3 (progressing towards Senior): £40,000 pa
- Senior Technician: £42,000 pa
- Master Technician: £50,000 pa
- + £1,000 pa for holding a valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4 & 7)
Uncapped bonus (measured weekly) and additional overtime available on request. Access to Renault Retail Group’s ECOS/ECOP new car scheme, with high‑spec vehicles replaced annually.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification as the standard entry point for Technician roles
