Salary: ÂŁ32,450 pa basic plus OTE ÂŁ43,800 pa.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (30‑minute lunch break; 40 hours per week).
Renault Cardiff seeks a Vehicle Smart Repairer to join our dealership’s workshop. The Smart Repairer role involves carrying out cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards whilst maintaining skilful and accurate first‑time fixes, within set smart repair times and to the customers’ complete satisfaction.
Common services you will provide include small and medium‑sized scratch, chip and scuff repair, paintless dent removal and alloy wheel refurbishment, for which training is included. You will also need to identify additional faults to recommend for further repair according to guidelines set by the dealership and manufacturer factory standards.
Candidates should have a bodyshop or smart repair qualification, have their own hand tools and protective footwear, and hold a full UK Driver’s licence. Paint booth heat lamps, paint stock, consumables and PPE will be supplied.
