The successful candidate will become part of the IT Operations team within the IS department. The role is responsible for maintaining and scheduling the batch treatments, system deployment, environment configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.

What You'll Do
The IT Apprentice will join our IT team within a dynamic financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core IT operations, infrastructure engineering and secure data handling processes. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the smooth running of critical financial systems. Some of the key duties and opportunities are:
- Assist with financial batch processing and monitoring scheduled jobs
- Support secure file transfers between internal systems and external partners
- Participate in infrastructure administration, including user account management, hardware setup, and software deployment
- Help maintain and monitor backup systems to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness
- Contribute to the implementation and documentation of process controls and IT procedures
