Location – Warwick (Hybrid - 60% office-based)
You will be joining Renault Trucks UK, a well-recognised brand in the commercial vehicle industry with a strong reputation for quality, reliability and long-standing customer partnerships. This role sits within our Engineering & Homologation team. You will report to the Homologation Manager and support him, 5 Sales Engineers and the Head of Product Management. You will play an important role in supporting our products, dealer network and key industry partners across the UK. You will also work closely with our dealer teams, bodybuilders, and a variety of internal departments, including product management and engineering colleagues in Lyon.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Support with Type Approval and engineering documentation and assist dealers and body builders with homologation queries.
- Provide day-to-day coordination, administration and documentation support to the Homologation and Sales Engineering teams.
- Manage customer access to the Renault Trucks bodybuilder Portal.
- Challenge existing ways of working and develop and implement new processes to enhance best practices.
- Manage the Homologation shared email inbox.
- Manage and produce purchase orders.
- Support the team in meetings with dealers and third parties.
- Assist with enquiries from the DVSA, DVLA, VCA, and DfT.
- Invoice for the production of documentation and reports supplied to dealers & customers.
