Overview
We are recruiting an experienced vehicle invoicer to process the Company’s Retail Administration (Dealerships) efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Main Tasks
- Carry out the Central Department’s retail invoicing efficiently, focusing on RTC Tipton’s customers.
- Understand Warranty / National contract procedures.
- Create pro forma’s from work instruction to obtain order numbers before invoicing.
- Understand relevant systems relating to the Central Admin department, including changes and ongoing developments.
- Advise the Depot Manager of any cost rejection so that appropriate action can be taken.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of changes within Warranty procedures and maintain the Policy and Procedure file.
- Effectively monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure Workshop instructions can be cleared as soon as possible.
- Achieve budgeted labour rates and invoicing efficiency.
- Ensure all invoice queries are quickly and effectively resolved.
- Ensure compliance with any Quality Controls operated within the service department.
- Ensure all Technicians’ paperwork is completed accurately to maximise profitability.
