What You Will Do
Renault Truck Commercials based in Faversham Kent is recruiting for a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories.
- Working Monday to Friday, full time, 45 hours, 08.00 to 18.00 with occasional Saturday mornings.
- Paying £13.00 per hour.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence required, maximum 3 points - driving either a Renault Trafic or Renault Master.
Overview Of Duties
- Vehicle Parts/Parts store experience will be preferred as this role will also require some additional routines of sorting and handling parts at the beginning of shift.
- To maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries.
- Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery.
- Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed.
- Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery.
- Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis.
- Promote sales of parts at all times.
- Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.
Requirements
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence – maximum 3 points.
- Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills.
- Experience within a Parts/Parts store position and stock control.
- Fit and healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines.
- Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and Outlook emails.
- Good organisational skills.
