We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Business Administrator to work within our Central Function based in Dunstable. This is not a hybrid role and will require attendance in the Dunstable offices Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs 9.00‑17.00 (30 min lunch). This trainee role will be paying c£25,500 dependent on skills and experience within a business support / numerical role or qualifications in that field.
The role will give exposure to various areas of the business that will include:
- Aftermarket Invoicing support
- R2 Dealer payment runs
- R2 Dealer invoicing
- Chasing Customer Order Numbers
- Raising Invoices
- Sales Invoicing support
- Support Admin tasks
- Central Admin support
- Managing & Raising PO’s
- Reviewing & updating Mobile Phone tracker
- Stationary Orders
- Holiday cover where/if required
- Finance Admin support
- Cost Centre reviews
- Updating spreadsheets & reconciliations
- P&L/BS Review & Query resolution
- Raising Sundry invoices
- Ad hoc Project support
Education Requirements:
- GCSE’s Grade 5 and above (equivalent C/B) in Maths, English, Business Studies
- Preferred AAT or Equivalent – just started or looking to start.
