Mission
Scotland is a strategic market for Renault Trucks, and we are entering an exciting phase of renewed ambition, supported by increased investment and resources. We are looking for a hands‑on, commercially minded leader to drive the transformation of our Scottish operations and deliver sustainable growth. In this role, you will take full accountability for the performance of Renault Trucks’ wholly owned operations in Scotland, while ensuring strong alignment with Volvo Group values, culture and governance. What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver the transformation programme, staying close to day‑to‑day operations while ensuring clear progress against defined objectives
- Deliver the business plan across aftermarket operations, workshop performance, parts and extended services
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all sites, identifying practical opportunities to improve performance
- Define, implement and monitor key performance indicators, taking timely corrective action where needed to ensure targets are met
- Lead Renault CAT (Customer Action Team) and CRM activities to maximize customer satisfaction and unlock business opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety, regulatory and internal standards
- Lead local marketing initiatives and customer events in collaboration with central and local marketing communications teams
- Build a genuinely customer‑centric culture, ensuring customer needs are understood and acted on at every level
- Lead, develop and inspire teams in line with Volvo Group values, creating an environment of engagement, accountability and strong performance
- Take full ownership of people management responsibilities, including regular feedback, follow‑up and use of tools such as Touchpoint and Glint
- Contribute to regular business reporting in line with Market Company requirements, providing clear insight into progress, risks and opportunities

- Proven ability to deliver results through engaged, high‑performing teams, with a leadership style that is visible, practical and people‑focused
- Degree‑level qualification in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership presence, with the resilience and credibility to drive cultural integration, change and operational improvement
- A customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to translate customer expectations into practical actions across the organisation
- Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of key business drivers including profitability, cash flow, productivity and performance metrics
- Experience in retail, dealer or workshop‑led operations, ideally within a multi‑site environment
- Background in commercial vehicles is advantageous, but not essential
