Base Pay Range: Working Mon-Fri 42.5 hours rotating as 8.5 hour shifts between a start of 07.00-18.00 (1 hour lunch) plus alternate Saturday mornings, 08.00-13.00. Paying up to Β£31,000 and any overtime paid at time and a half.
Core Responsibilities:
- Front of House (Dealership) counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries.
- Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.
- Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt.
- Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.
- Organising stock rotation and counts.
Required Competencies:
- Previous Vehicle Parts experience.
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally.
- To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes.
- To be able to competently use desktop PC and associated software & systems.
