The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.
Working within Renault Trucks, you will be part of a team developing and sustaining superior performance in parts with face-to-face customer liaison.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 44 hours. Rotation between 06:00 – 16:00 and 08:00 – 18:00, with Fridays finishing an hour earlier. Alternate Saturday mornings are paid at time and a half. Moving to a 1 in 3 Saturday rota.
Pay: £35,000 DOE
A full UK driving licence is required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Front of House counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries.
- Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied accurately.
- Follow procedures for ordering goods and receipt.
- Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system.
- Keep the parts area clean and tidy, and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Comply with the Company Health and Safety policy.
- Wear PPE when required.
General Duties:
- Support team development and foster a strong team ethos.
- Develop skills, attitude, and performance of yourself and the team.
- Conduct yourself professionally at all times.
- Maintain a clean and professional Service and Parts area.
- Attend training and development activities.
Required Competencies:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency with GDS, associated software, and systems.
- Proficiency with desktop PC and related software.
