Renault Truck Commercials, part of the Volvo Group, is looking for a Commercial Truck experienced Dealerpoint Manager based at our Cardiff depot. Part of the Renault Trucks network, we serve the vehicle industry, supporting our customers' business requirements and keeping their fleets on the road.
Package: This role offers a significant basic salary up to £55,000 along with a leading package which includes a healthy 30% bonus, private health care, an excellent pension contribution, company car, plus other work perks from being part of a prestigious global brand.
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with a proven track record within a Commercial Truck Dealership to successfully deliver the operational and strategic plans of the depot. Driven, with a natural desire to develop people, expand our customer base and build upon our excellent customer reputation. You will be managing a team of 17 across the Workshop, Parts and Front of House roles.
It is the Manager’s responsibility to grow the profitability of the business through the management and development of the employees and customers, whilst striving to exceed the best vehicle industry standards through financial productivity, operating standards and customer & employee satisfaction. Excellence in Customer Service is paramount to this role.
You need to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness, along with P&L Control, Planning & Organising skills and an ability to analyse data and formulate appropriate and timely actions.
