Renault Retail Group – Hayes is expanding our Hayes facility, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join our growing team. This is a rare chance to work in a modern, fully refurbished, state of the art workshop with the latest Renault diagnostic technology, excellent manufacturer support, and a stable, respected dealer group.

The role involves carrying out servicing, diagnosis and complex repair of vehicles to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first‑time fix.
Requirements:
- Current City & Guilds or NVQ level III in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Equipped with own tools
- MOT Tester Certification (advantageous)
- Full UK Driver’s licence
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (30–minute lunch). The workshop is currently closed on Saturdays, but if reopened: 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm, paid at time and a half.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary of £38,000 per annum
- Uncapped monthly efficiency bonus scheme adding circa £4,000-£6,000 pa
