Renault Manchester is looking for a Parts Advisor to join the dealership's busy Parts Department.
Duties include:
- Operating the front counter (retail customers)
- Back counter (serving the dealership's team of technicians)
- Inbound and outbound parts order calls
- Helping to manage the site's parts storage facility / warehouse
We are happy to consider candidates with previous experience as an automotive parts advisor, autoparts consultant, aftersales advisor/supervisor, trade parts telesales operative or motor factors sales advisor at either franchised main dealers, manufacturer owned groups, motor factors, independent parts suppliers or national automotive parts & accessories retailers.
Candidates with previous experience on automotive parts systems like Kerridge and Pinnacle will be prioritised for interview. Ideal candidates will have experience in a main dealer parts department or automotive parts retailer.
This role operates Monday to Friday with alternating weeks. We have 40 hours and 45 hours per week available. Plus we work alternate Saturday morning overtime 8:30am to 12:30pm.
In return we offer a basic salary of between £26,000 and £29,250 per annum depending on whether you work 40 or 45 hours per week. You will also receive overtime for the Saturday morning work which is paid at time-and-a-half. The monthly bonus allows earnings up to or in excess £34,295 per annum.
