Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Business Manager / F&I Transaction Manager to join our dealership based at Watford Business Park (WD18).

You will support and guide a team of Sales Executives, contributing to both performance and customer experience across the dealership.

  • Supporting and coaching a team of Sales Executives, including second-facing customers and assisting with deal progression where required.
  • Working closely with the General Sales Manager to maintain strong finance and insurance penetration levels and overall commercial performance.
  • Acting as a visible and supportive presence on the showroom floor, helping to guide customers through the finance process and improve conversion.
  • Building effective relationships with lending partners and finance providers to secure competitive funding solutions for customers.
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies, with clear and transparent communication of financial commitments.
  • Monitoring deal progress, documentation, and outcomes to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all transactions.

Previous experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, F&I Manager or Sales Controller role within a main dealer environment is required.

A strong understanding of finance and insurance products, compliance requirements, and dealership processes is essential.

Confidence working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on both performance and customer outcomes is necessary.

A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role, to meet company insurance requirements and support vehicle demonstrations and customer test drives.

Working pattern (rota basis):

  • ~5 days per week
  • ~4 weekdays (8:00am–6:00pm)
  • ~Saturdays (8:30am–5:00pm)
  • ~1 in 3 Sundays (10:00am–4:00pm)
