Renault Bristol is looking for a Sales Controller to join our busy dealership at Pioneer Park (BS4). You will be assisting the Sales Manager in implementing the new and used car sales policy.

What you will be doing:
- Developing the necessary sales volumes to meet sales and profitability objectives
- Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast
- Ensuring budgets and sales objectives are met by support to direct selling staff, to control margin within each deal
- Ensuring optimum display in terms of both numbers and quality of the used stock
- Maintaining direct liaison with manufacturer representatives and all other contacts
- Help formulate marketing plan and initiate car sales promotions
- Reviewing all pricing policies, discounts and 'trade in' dealing with respect to sales to maintain dealership profitability
What you will bring:
- Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
- A proven track record of successfully delivering monthly financial and volume-based targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Determination to succeed and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence
Working pattern:
You will be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm. With a day off during the week and no Sunday working as we are closed on that day.
