Renault Bristol is looking for a Sales Controller to join our busy dealership at Pioneer Park (BS4). You'll be assisting the Sales Manager in implementing the new and used car sales policy.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing the necessary sales volumes to meet sales and profitability objectives
- Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast
- Ensuring budgets and sales objectives are met by support to direct selling staff, to control margin within each deal
- Ensuring optimum display in terms of both numbers and quality of the used stock
- Maintaining direct liaison with manufacturer representatives and all other contacts
- Help formulate marketing plan and initiate car sales promotions
- Reviewing all pricing policies, discounts and 'trade in' dealing with respect to sales to maintain dealership profitability
What you'll bring:
- Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
- A proven track record of successfully delivering monthly financial and volume-based targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Determination to succeed and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence
Working pattern:
You'll be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm. With a day off during the week and no Sunday working as we are closed on that day.
