The Opportunity

As an Alpine Atelier Consultant, you will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Alpine customers are not simply purchasing a vehicle; they are buying into a brand, a heritage and a driving philosophy. Many arrive with a genuine passion for driving, performance engineering and motorsport. Success in this role comes from understanding those motivations, building genuine customer trust and creating an experience that customers remember long after delivery day.

The role combines commercial excellence, customer relationship management and brand representation, requiring the ability to build long-term relationships whilst delivering outstanding business results. You will be responsible for selling Alpine vehicles and associated products and services, including finance, insurance, warranties, service plans and accessories, whilst providing a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover and beyond. Success in this role is built on your ability to maximise every sales opportunity, generate repeat business and develop lasting customer relationships.

  • Promote and sell finance, extended warranties, service plans, insurance products and accessories
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events and proactive customer engagement

  • Maximise every sales opportunity whilst maintaining an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and proactively manage follow-up activity
  • Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead conversion and vehicle sales
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals
  • Represent Alpine professionally at all times
  • Support events, vehicle launches and marketing activities
  • Develop relationships within the local business and local community
  • Effectively manage diary, appointments and sales activity
  • Ensure compliance with FCA and GDPR requirements
  • Attend manufacturer and company training programmes
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism

  • Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient and ambitious
  • Full UK Driving Licence

The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:

  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent sales process discipline
  • Effective lead management and follow-up capability
  • A passion for automotive products and customer experience
