Renault Boltonis looking for anexperienced AftersalesManager to join our busy dealership on the Manchester Road(postcode BL3).
This role involves organising, directing and controlling the activities of the Service and Parts departments. You\’ll ensure your departments provide the highest levels of customer service, achieve annual budgets and comply with procedures and legislation.
This is a busy, productive Renault, Dacia and approved used car dealer with a large customer base, high enquiry levels and sales leads. As ourAftersalesManager, youwill need to be organised, efficient and prepared to assist the Head of Business in leading the Service and Parts department.
The main duties include:
- Ensure each department earns Direct Profit at or above budget level and ensure Workshop WIP is in line with budget stipulations
- Mentor, support and lead a team of talented Service and Parts professionals
- Carrying out Safety Alerts and Toolbox Talks to Service employees
- Assisting management with close out of audits, inspection visits and implementation of safety initiatives
Previous experience with the Renault and Dacia brand is advantageous, but we are open to considering candidates with Aftersales manager experience at any other volume brand. Furthermore, you must hold a Full UK Driver’s license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance and eligibility to our Company Car scheme.
Working pattern
This role operates on full time hours which will include weekend working.We’re open toflexible working options– just ask.
In return we offer a basic salary of up to ÂŁ55,000 per annum, commission, OTE ÂŁ68,750pa plus a company car.
