Renault Enfield seeks an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our dealership’s busy Parts Department. This job will involve operating all aspects of the dealership’s parts function, from providing top quality service to our workshop’s service and maintenance technicians as well as our retail parts customers in person and over the phone.

This will include:

  • Identifying and ordering parts for vehicle repairs
  • Processing special orders and reporting on lead times
  • Notifying workshop controller of arrival of parts
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Carrying out admin relating to stock movement
  • Checking goods in and moving parts to the correct locations in our on-site warehouse
  • Securing and labelling return parts in accordance with manufacturer instructions
  • Carrying out health and safety housekeeping
  • Maintaining stock security
  • Attending team meetings and training sessions as required

We are exclusively considering candidates with previous experience as an automotive parts advisor, autoparts consultant, TPS logistics operative or parts counter advisor at either franchised main dealers, manufacturer owned groups, motor factors, independent parts suppliers or national automotive parts & accessories retailers. Candidates with previous experience on automotive parts systems like CDK Drive, Autoline, Kerridge and Pinnacle will be prioritised for interview in this recruitment campaign. Ideal candidates will have dealership experience in an automotive parts department serving a large team of vehicle technicians.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break, plus alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am to 12:30pm.

In return we offer a basic salary of £30,400 per annum, comprising £28,500 pa for the weekday work and £1,900 pa for the Saturday morning overtime which is paid at time-and-a-half. The monthly bonus allows earnings up to or in excess of £32,775 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday + the 8 bank holidays, pension including life assurance, employee and family discounts on products and services, eye care vouchers, subsidised car option after 3 months’ service (loan plan scheme), share incentive scheme and superb career opportunities Group-wide.
