Renault-Nissan Liverpool seeks a Vehicle Technician to join our dealership’s workshop. The role involves carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs of cars and vans to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.

Candidates should have:

  • own tools
  • Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQs in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications
  • a full UK Driver’s licence

Candidates should preferably have main dealer workshop experience. Individuals that have current DVSA Certification for MOT Testing will be prioritised. Branded workwear and PPE will be provided to the successful applicant.

The core hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with ½ hr lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.

In return we offer a £36,211 pa basic salary. This comprises £35,000 pa for weekday work + £1,211 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half. Uncapped monthly bonuses are paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings. To enhance your earnings further, weekday overtime is occasionally available paid at plain time and additional Saturday overtime beyond the core 1-in-4 is available on request and paid at time-and-a-half.
