- Support the preparation, presentation, and online marketing of used vehicle stock, including vehicle photography
- Maintain demonstration and display vehicle standards in line with dealership requirements
- Process vehicle handover documentation accurately and efficiently
- Support the administration of ECOS/ECOP vehicle handovers and returns
- Manage vehicle keys, parking arrangements, and vehicle movements around the site
- Maintain high standards of organisation, housekeeping, attendance, and professional presentation
- Report vehicle damage, site hazards, or Health & Safety concerns promptly
- Undertake driving and other duties that support the efficient operation of the dealership

- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills
- Confidence working within established processes and procedures
- A positive and collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and customers
Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
