Renault Swansea is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our busy dealership on Fendrod Way, Swansea (SA7 9DG). We’re looking for someone who is keen to start a career in the automotive industry, so no previous experience required as we are happy to offer full training to the successful candidate. Please note a full clean UK driving licence is required for this role. Producing professional vehicle images and video to create online adverts.  Hand over and receive all returned ECOP vehicles ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and payment taken for any damages on returned vehicles Undertake all ad hoc driving duties as requested to maximise customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the Sales Department What you’ll bring Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferable but not essential. Excellent communication skills Ability to deliver outstanding customer service Organised and efficient Ability to prioritise own workload Strong attention to detail Computer literate and ability to use online systems A full UK driving licence Working pattern You'll be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm with 30 mins for lunch.
