Van Sales Executive (LCV & Fleet Sales) Location: Renault Enfield, EN1 Salary: £35,000 pa, OTE £65,000 pa (uncapped) + ECOP Car Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm Join Our Fleet & Commercial Sales Team Renault Retail Group is looking for a Van Sales Executive to join our Fleet and Light Commercial Vehicle Sales team at Renault Enfield, based on Crown Road (EN1). This role combines local business development, SME account management and LCV sales across North London, Hertfordshire and Essex. You'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with local businesses, SMEs and fleet operators whilst promoting Renault and Dacia's growing range of commercial and passenger vehicle solutions. This opportunity may be particularly relevant to candidates currently working in Van Sales, LCV Sales, Fleet Sales, Account Management, Business Development or Automotive B2B Sales roles. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, SMEs and fleet customers Manage new and existing LCV and passenger fleet enquiries, both on-site and in the local area Promote Renault and Dacia light commercial vehicles and fleet solutions in a consultative, customer-focused manner Work with customer fleet departments, leasing providers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions Coordinate with vehicle conversion partners, aftersales and parts teams to support full lifecycle customer needs Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities and pipeline development Support repeat business through proactive follow-up and long-term relationship management What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: Experience in automotive B2B sales, fleet sales, LCV sales, commercial vehicle sales or business development A consultative approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and build trust over time Confidence engaging with a wide range of business customers Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to managing opportunities Clear, professional communication and relationship-building skills Main Dealer experience working with small-to-medium fleet operators, hire companies or commercial vehicle customers would be particularly beneficial. Licence Requirement: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Hours & Pay Basic salary is £35,000 pa with uncapped OTE of £65,000 pa that is achievable and regularly reached. A company car is provided from day one, with business mileage reimbursed in line with company policy. Following one month's service, you'll become eligible for Renault Retail Group's ECOS/ECOP vehicle scheme, providing access to tax-efficient, high-specification vehicles that are replaced annually. This role is based on a Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:30am–6:00pm.
