Renault Cardiff is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. The role will be based at our dealership in Cardiff, CF11. Previous dealership service advisor or service receptionist experience is essential for this role.

The Service Advisor role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find their requirements and advise on cost, timescale, arrange courtesy cars, liaise with Technicians, keep customers informed of their vehicle's progress throughout the day, and gain authority for extra work and invoicing.

A solid track record as a dealership service advisor, service booking advisor or service receptionist is essential. Candidates with experience in using Kerridge, ADP Autoline or CDK Drive will be prioritised.

Occasional movement of customer and courtesy cars will be involved in this role, so applicants must hold a full UK driving licence to be eligible for this role. This role operates on full time hours which will include weekend working. We’re open to flexible working options – just ask.

In return, we offer our Service Advisor a flexible basic salary starting from £29,120 per annum plus monthly Service Advisor bonus scheme, OTE £34,944 pa. Fringe benefits include 25 days annual leave + the 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, staff discounts on products and services, subsidised car option after 3 months’ service (loan plan scheme) and superb career opportunities Group-wide.
