Location: Bristol BS4 3QB
Salary: £31,200 pa plus 20% bonus
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday am on a rota (overtime paid)
Are you passionate about providing an outstanding level of customer service? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor who is highly organised and efficient to join our friendly team.
What you’ll be doing
Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload
Managing the customer through the entire service and repair process ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied
Overseeing and organising the booking in process of the service department in an efficient and courteous manner
Mentoring and assisting colleagues to ensure maximum workshop booking capacity is maintained to ensure targets are achieved, and to continuously maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a Senior Service Advisor role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Experience of upselling products and services
Knowledge of CDK Drive, Kerridge, SAF
A clean UK driving licence (essential)
