£20,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

Renault Bristol is looking for a motor retail Sales Executive to join our busy dealership on Pioneer Park, BS4.

You will be joining a great Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the Renault range such as Clio, Austral and new Renault 5. You will also be selling our approved used Renault vehicles.

You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings.

If you have previous car sales experience, this would be benefical but not essential. If you have previous sales experience in different industries, please apply!

Furthermore you must hold a Full UK Driver s license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance, mainly carrying out test drives.

Hours of work

This role operates on full time hours which will include working Saturdays. We re open to flexible working options just ask.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Renault vehicles (new and approved used) and deliver excellent customer care.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, features and add-ons to customers.
  • Sell add-ons including finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other options to boost earnings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to a high-performing showroom team.

Qualifications

  • Previous car sales experience is beneficial but not essential; relevant sales experience in other industries will also be considered.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential for test drives and company car insurance purposes.

  • Basic salary of £20,000 per annum plus uncapped commission; OTE £45,000 pa, with top performers earning significantly more.
