Renault Hayes is seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our busy Parts Department on Silverdale Road, Hayes. The main purpose of the role is to optimise the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail and Trade Customers, the Sales Department customers and the workshop.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience as a Parts Telesales Advisor or similar
- Knowledge of automotive parts & components
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing systems (e.g. Kerridge & CDK)
- Skilled in telephone sales techniques and customer handling best practices
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Determination to succeed and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence
You’ll be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch. Saturday mornings 4 hours - 1 in 3 paid as overtime.
